"Artificial stone - Solid surface" is made from a mixture of 2/3 natural stone and 1/3 Glue Acrylic (Methyl Methacrylate) and Alumina trihydrate (aluminum hyroxit Al (OH) 3) and colorings.
The unique technology of solid surface stone:
- Qzero technology brings ecological compatibility of the production process at the stage of hardening materials. For some of the products produced in the traditional way, the process of hardening the material normally does not result entirely as expected. Meanwhile, volatile organic substances toxic will fly out. But for this Qzero technology allows minimize the risk levels of volatile organic substances (to below the rate of 1/100)
- The great thing is, technology Qzero lessen the environmental impact of the product from production, and use until the user leaves it (after use).
- Composition: 95% of small quantities of stone combined adhesive to ensure the rigidity and a lot more durable compare to traditional rock line: natural marble and granite. Moreover, the beauty of the stone is shown various and flawless.
- Low water permeability (0.1%>: Quartz; according to test method EN-14617 for combined stone products )
- High corrosion resistance.
- All product lines have reaction to fire level at the lowest level (A2 fl -S1, according to standards EN -1350 / 1)
