To more understand about the products in origin, material, design style, production process, ... of the German kitchen cabinet to introduce to partners, customers are the most professional and accurate in consulting and designing for customers. HALO Group employees went to Germany to participate in training courses on German kitchen cabinets from 31/05 - 02/06/2017.
The certificate is given by the German factory to each trainee after completion of the course.
Some highlights on the production process of German kitchen cabinets:
- German kitchen cabinets are produced on 100% automatic production lines.
- There is probably no other place in the world where the kitchen cabinets are produced every day in 3000 sets.
- Germany's largest kitchen cabinet manufacturing plant. The amount of production in 2016 is 660,000 kitchens. Exports account for 44.5%.
- High degree of automation in German kitchen cabinets ensures all processes are accurate.
- A comprehensive production monitoring system with more than 50 laboratories ensures product inspection is appropriate for each country.
