Welcome to the 127th anniversary of the birth of president Ho Chi Minh, 42 years of liberation of the South reunified the country, 71 years of president Ho Chi Minh's law receiving salary in the International Labor Day, the delegation and activities "workers month - 9th" by the labor union of the city, district 1 labor association, sports club Nguyen Du corganized. The competition took place from May 16th to May 17th, 1974 at the Nguyen Du sports and culture club with more than 50 contestants.
