After 4 months from the groundbreaking ceremony, HALOCONS has completed construction and preparation for acceptance and delivery of the project to the investor - SACOM development and Investment Joint Stock Company. HALO GROUP is honored to cooperate and provide construction materials, decorative finishing materials for the project.
